2. Description of Service

MysticRays is a personalized astrology application that provides:

  • Birth chart analysis and interpretations
  • Daily cosmic insights and horoscopes
  • Compatibility reports
  • Planetary transit information

The Service is available via web application and may be available on iOS and Android mobile platforms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Subscription and Payments

MysticRays offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

  • Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service

MysticRays content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Astrological interpretations should not be considered as professional advice for medical, financial, legal, or psychological matters.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, In Spades Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
